Bookings are strictly for individual families only. All payments to be made at time of booking and are non-refundable. Emerald Primary School will receive a percentage of your payment. We can do extended family, just be sure to book time slots back to back, both families are required to book and pay separately. You can add on to your purchase, or upgrade, on the day if you choose.

• Sporting Clubs:

It is the responsibility of the person / club ordering portrait to ensure they are downloaded before the gallery expiry date. An email will be set at time of gallery set up with the date the gallery will close for downloading. A second email will be sent 3 days prior. An archival retrieval fee will apply to all request for gallery reinstatement for the purpose of downloading after gallery has expired.

• Deliverables:

Printed art work is to be collected from the studio within 7 days once informed that your art work has arrived.
